You can see ample of software in the web, which convert a word file into pdf file. But they are not satisfactory. You cannot get an exact copy of your word document through it. But I'll teach you how to get an exact copy of your word file in the pdf format very easily, but this trick only works in the Ms office 2007 package.
- Before conversion starts you have to download a small plugin Click here to Download (You don't need to worry about the viruses because the above link is of virus free Microsoft's website)
- After downloading the plugin, run to install it
- Open your word document, which you want to convert
- Click the office button (circular) located at the top-left corner of the window
- Now select the Save As option
- A new window will pop up in which you'll find an option of "pdf", click on it and then publish it
- That's it your pdf version of the word document will store on the same location as your word file without any changes.
